DELIVERY

For orders up to £100 we charge a flat rate of £3.50 for postage and packaging.  Orders over £100 qualify for FREE delivery.  Please note this charge will appear in your PayPal shopping cart.

As each item is handmade, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  However, we usually aim to despatch items within a week of receiving the order, and will contact you if there are any delays.

PAYMENT

We can take all major credit cards and PayPal payments.  Please note you do NOT need a PayPal account to make payment via a card. 

If you prefer we can also accept cheques (which we like as it cuts out the high PayPal fees to us!).  Simply post your order, with a cheque made payable to 'Ele Keene' to Brown Fox Leather, Rick Yard Cottage, Sutton Road, Fovant, Wilts SP3 5LF.

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.  You may return items unused and in their original packaging up to 28 days after purchase for a full refund.  However, personalised and bespoke items can only be returned for a refund if faulty.
