Developed in conjunction with Kelly Marks of Intelligent Horsemanship.  Kelly, who was trained by the world famous Monty Roberts, was unhappy with the various designs of poll guards currently on the market.  Working with so many horses that are difficult to load, Kelly wanted a poll guard that would be easy to attach to any headcollar, and give total protection to the delicate poll and forehead of the horse in the event of hitting its head in the trailer or lorry. 

Made from robust Italian bridle butt leather, with impact absorbent 16mm felt lining, and handstitched all round for extra strength.  The browband straps are adjustable, to fit any size horse.  Modelled here by Kelly's horse American Pie.
