Here is a small selection of specially commissioned items that we have made for clients.

BROWBAND WITH FOX DETAIL
![]() A customer wanted to 'bling' up the bridle of her Show Hunter, and so we came up with this discrete but stylish browband with a pewter fox decoration. |

PADDED REIN LOOPS
![]()
A pair of padded rein loops to fit on 'ladder' reins for our local Riding for the Disabled Group. These loops help riders with shorter limbs or limited arm movement to hold the reins, and the soft sheepskin padding enables an easier and more comfortable hold on the rein if rider cannot grip with their hands. |
|
BALANCE STRAP
![]() Our local Riding for the Disabled centre needed some balance straps, to clip on to the D Rings at the front of the saddle, providing riders with an extra 'grab handle' if they feel at all wobbly or nervous. These are also useful when schooling young horses who like to 'snatch' at the reins, as you can simply slip your fingers around the strap so the horse learns he cannot successfully pull your hands forward, and helps him accept the contact. |
|
BIT COUPLER
![]() A client wanted to be able to lunge her horse in his bridle, but wanted an even pressure on the bit. We produced this bit coupler, which enabled her to clip the lunge line on to the centre on the coupler, which attached to both sides of the bit . |
|
BREAST GIRTH
![]() Breast Girths are a useful bit of kit to stop a saddle slipping backwards, especially when introducing a young horse to its first saddle. Kelly Marks of Intelligent Horsemanship asked us to help make an adjustable Breast Girth to assist with their on-going training programme of young and remedial horses. |
|
DOUBLE ENDED TRIGGER LEAD
![]() A client had a very strong dog that she walked using a harness. She asked us to make a lead with double trigger clip ends, to allow her to attach the lead to the two 'D' rings on the harness to give her a feeling of more security. |
|
POLICE STYLE TRAINING LEAD
![]() We were asked to copy a much loved training lead, complete with extra rings and clips, but in a narrower width to suit a young spaniel. |
|
PUG COLLAR
![]() A Pug had grown a little 'portly' in his old age, and his collar had become a little tight, and also was very worn. We simply replaced the round leather loop and reused the existing chain, adding a little length to the leather for comfort!
