We hand cut, edge and stitch all of our leather goods.  Using these traditional skills ensures a level of care and detail that mass production just cannot replicate. 

We double hand stitch all our items, giving a superior strength and durability: if a machine stitched thread breaks, it runs and creates a length of broken stitches.  However, by hand stitching, if one stitch is broken, the other stitches will hold and the stitching remains sound.

When broken, the machine stitch will undo itself for several stitches. The thread on both sides of the leather is loosened.

When broken, the hand stitch loosens only on one side of the leather  on just one stitch.  The thread on the other side firmly holds.
